1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the wumn marketplace platform operated by Wumn Fashion Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Marketplace Services
wumn is a marketplace connecting blouse designers with customers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale. Designers are independent sellers responsible for their products.
4. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Cash on Delivery is available for select pincodes.
5. Custom Orders
Custom blouse orders involve designer consultations and specific timelines. Customized products may have different return policies. Measurements provided by customers are used at their own responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-customized products. Customized products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval.
7. Designer Responsibilities
Designers must accurately represent their products. Designers are responsible for product quality, timely delivery, and customer communication. Commission rates are set by the platform and may vary.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content uploaded by designers remain their intellectual property. wumn has a non-exclusive license to display uploaded content on the platform. Users may not copy or reproduce designer content without permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
wumn is not liable for disputes between customers and designers. Our AI features (styling recommendations, measurements, virtual try-on) are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as exact. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee AI-generated recommendations.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
