Orders
Track orders, change addresses, edit delivery dates, cancel orders, and download invoices from My Orders. Custom orders can only be edited before stitching begins.
Custom stitching
Submit accurate bust, waist, shoulder, arm, and length measurements. Our designers verify each set before stitching. Standard turnaround is 7–14 days from order confirmation.
Returns and refunds
Non-customized products: 7-day return window with free reverse pickup. Custom items: returnable for defects or fit-guarantee claims. Refunds reach you in 5–7 business days.
Shipping
Free shipping across India to 19,000+ pincodes. Express options available. International to 25+ countries (10–15 business days).
Payments
Cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets via Razorpay. COD on eligible pincodes. Pay in 3 for interest-free monthly installments.
Account & privacy

- How do I track my order?
- Go to My Orders, select the order, and view the carrier tracking link. You also receive email and SMS updates on every shipment status change.
- What is the return policy?
- Non-customized products are returnable within 7 days of delivery. Custom items are returnable for defects or fit-guarantee claims only. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval.
- How do I get the right size?
- Use the Size Guide and our AI Body Shape Stylist for personalised recommendations. If you are between sizes, choose the larger and we tailor down.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship to 25+ countries with 10–15 business day delivery. Customs and duties are payable by the customer; international shipping is free over ₹10,000.
- How can I contact a designer directly?
- Use the Contact Designer button on the designer storefront. Designers typically respond within 24–48 hours.
- What payment methods do you support?
- Razorpay supports cards, UPI, netbanking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery is available in eligible pincodes. Pay in 3 splits orders into interest-free monthly installments.
- How long does custom stitching take?
- Standard stitching is 7–14 days, including production and dispatch. Express stitching is available on eligible products.

Ready-to-ship blouses: 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-measure blouses: 10 to 14 business days (this includes stitching). Metro cities are 1 to 2 days faster than tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
