Returns and Refunds

Wumn Fashion Pvt Ltd offers 7-day returns on most ready-to-ship blouses. Custom orders are covered for fit and defect issues. We confirm the final return after our review and quality check.

What you can return

You can return ready-to-ship blouses within 7 days of delivery. The blouse must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags and original packaging.

Custom stitching

Custom-made and made-to-measure blouses can only be returned for a defect, wrong customization, or a sizing mistake on our side or the designer's side.

Refund timing

We start the refund after pickup and a quality check. UPI and wallets take 1 to 2 business days. Cards and net banking can take 3 to 7 business days.

How to request a return

  1. 1Open My Orders and pick the delivered order.
  2. 2Click "Request Return", choose the reason, and add photos if there is a defect or fit issue.
  3. 3Pack the blouse with tags and accessories for pickup.
  4. 4Track approval, pickup, and refund status from the order page.

When we cannot accept a return

We may decline returns if the blouse is used, damaged, altered after delivery, or missing tags. We may also decline if you shared wrong measurements or for hygiene-sensitive padding and accessories. If we find a defect, we will still accept the return.
