Every wumn order is backed by our 100% fit guarantee. If your blouse does not fit perfectly, we will refit it for free or issue a full refund - your choice. Here is exactly how the guarantee works.

What the guarantee covers

Any fit issue with a delivered blouse - too tight, too loose, sleeve, length, neckline, or fastening - is eligible for a free first refit. If the fit is significantly off and a refit is not viable, you can request a full refund instead.

Claim window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to file a refit or refund claim. Earlier is better; once the window closes, claims are reviewed at our discretion.

How to file a claim

Open My Orders, select the order, choose refit or refund, upload 3–4 clear photos of the fit issue, and schedule a free reverse pickup or post the blouse with the prepaid return label.

Refit timelines

Most refits dispatch within 7 days of pickup. You will receive shipment tracking once the refit ships. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days after we receive the blouse.

Coverage for customized blouses

Custom-stitched blouses are covered by the fit guarantee provided your measurements were submitted accurately at order time. If our designers verified the measurements at order time, you are fully covered.
